Pattern Difficulty & Time
Most of our designs are quick-to-knit. We provide estimated completion times and difficulty levels from 'Absolute Beginner' to 'Heritage Craft' on each product page.
Shipping in the UK
We offer standard delivery across the UK, typically arriving within 3–5 working days. Express options are available at checkout for urgent knitting projects.
Returns & Refunds
While digital patterns are non-refundable, we accept returns on unopened knitting kits within 30 days. Your satisfaction with our artisanal products is our priority.

Digital Downloads & Access
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a secure link to your digital pattern. You can download and save it to your device for permanent access.
